On September 5, 2008 I bought a Canon 40D DSLR. I’d been using point and shoots quite a bit, but they just didn’t work for me. They got in the way from a creative perspective and prevented me from capturing what was in my head.

This set is my journey into capturing that vision and the 40D as a tool to do it.

My goals is to post a picture several times per week. Just know that I have a family and may slip from time to time.
